Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Good Corporation Produções e Serviços de Informações na Internet Ltda, registered under CNPJ 35.231.111/0001-93 and based in Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on the Bluversy platform (bluversy.space), including BlueNews, BluLine and the other services offered.

This policy also applies to anyone who writes to us through the “Let's talk” form on the home page, even without a Bluversy account.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed for the platform to work:

• Account data: name, email and password (stored with a secure hash)
• Username and public profile information
• Content you publish: posts, comments and interactions on BluLine
• Browsing data: pages visited, session time and theme and language preferences
• IP address and device information, for security and fraud prevention
• “Let's talk” form: name, email, who the contact is for, what you need and the areas of interest you select, plus where the visit came from (such as a campaign link or the page you came from)

We do not collect sensitive data such as tax ID numbers, banking data, biometrics or precise location. In the free-text field of the “Let's talk” form, please avoid including sensitive data or other people's data.

3. Why we process your data

Your data is used only to:

• Create and manage your account on the platform
• Personalize your news feed and editorial content
• Keep your account secure and prevent misuse
• Send service-related communications (no commercial spam)
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• Improve the platform based on anonymous metrics
• Reply to people who write through the “Let's talk” form and understand what people and organizations need, to guide the platform's development. These answers are not used for advertising and are not added to the invite waitlist

4. Your data never trains AI

The content you publish on Bluversy (posts, comments, messages) is never used to train artificial intelligence models, whether our own or third parties'. This is a core principle of the platform ("Your Universe"), reflected in the PureFlow Seal.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data in the following situations:

• Technical infrastructure providers (Supabase/PostgreSQL, Vercel) under confidentiality agreements
• Cloudflare, through Turnstile, which checks that the invite and contact forms are submitted by a person. To do so, it receives technical browser data and the IP address, without receiving the form answers
• When required by a competent authority, under a court order or legal requirement
• With your express consent

6. Your rights (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018)

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Confirm whether your personal data is being processed
• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
• Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data
• Request the portability of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Request the complete deletion of your account and associated data

To exercise any of these rights, email contato@bluversy.space with the subject "LGPD: [right requested]". We reply within 15 business days.

If you wrote to us through the “Let's talk” form, you can ask at any time to see, correct or delete those answers, at the same email, with the subject "LGPD: contact". Deletion on request happens before the end of the retention period.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After the account is deleted, the data is erased within 30 days, except when retention is required to meet a legal or regulatory obligation.

Answers sent through the “Let's talk” form are kept for 12 months after our last contact with you. We review this data every month and delete the answers that are past the deadline; deletion is not automatic. Backups kept by the infrastructure provider stop existing in the normal cycle in which those backups are replaced. If we start a business relationship, the necessary data then follows the contract.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), passwords stored with a secure hash (bcrypt), access controls (Row Level Security in the database) and secure authentication. Answers to the “Let's talk” form are kept in an area of the database with no access through the site's public API, and only the authorized team can see them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When there are relevant changes, we will notify users by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use after the notice means you accept the changes.
