Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account or using any service of the Bluversy platform (bluversy.space), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any provision, do not use the platform.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, especially the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), the Consumer Protection Code and the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).

2. About the platform

Bluversy is a social network and editorial curation platform operated by Good Corporation Produções e Serviços de Informações na Internet Ltda, CNPJ 35.231.111/0001-93, Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil. The services include:

• BluLine: a private and public feed of posts
• BlueNews: editorial curation of verified news
• BluVault: personal content storage
• Communities: topic-based groups
• Public profile: the user's public page

3. Registration and account

To use the services, you need an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• All activity carried out under your account
• Providing truthful information when you register
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Creating fake accounts, impersonating others or creating multiple accounts to get around restrictions is prohibited.

4. User content

You keep the intellectual property of the content you publish. By publishing, you grant Good Corporation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store and distribute the content on the platform.

Your content is never used to train AI models. This is a non-negotiable principle of the platform.

It is expressly prohibited to publish:

• Illegal, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content that incites violence
• Disinformation, fake news or misleading content
• Content that infringes third-party copyright or intellectual property
• Spam, unauthorized advertising or automated content without approval
• Sexually explicit material involving minors
• Third parties' personal data without consent

5. Moderation and suspension

Good Corporation reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or close infringing accounts, with or without prior notice, depending on how serious the violation is.

You can appeal moderation decisions by emailing contato@bluversy.space.

6. Platform intellectual property

The Bluversy brand, BlueNews, BluLine, the design, the code and the other elements of the platform belong to Good Corporation. Reproduction, copying or unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

Good Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. We are not responsible for content published by users.

9. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time in the platform settings or by emailing contato@bluversy.space. After the account is closed, your data is erased within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms with 15 days' notice by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use after that period means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil, are chosen to settle any disputes, unless the law provides otherwise.
